There are a number of companies that offer embroidery, screen printing and promotional products, but few do it well. Our goal is to exceed our customer’s expectations at every opportunity. - Guaranteed quality on every piece. Some companies have a +/- 10% policy. This means that they may short your order as much as 10% or charge you for up to an additional 10% should they produce it. Impact’s policy is simple: order 10 piewces, get 10 perfect pieces. Order 1,000, get 1,000.
- We come to you. Our Sales and Customer Service Teams are ready to come to you to talk about your next project. We do not base our services on the size of the order or your organization. We will bring samples, catalogs and the pertinent information to help create a simple, easy and enjoyable experience. There is no pressure whether we are on the phone or in person.
- Competitive Pricing. Impact has developed relationships with the leading distributors serving our industry. Our volume allows us the deepest discounts which allow us to provide aggressive pricing without risking quality.
- Product Selection: From pens to Waterford crystal Executive gifts, fund-raiser t-shirts to Nike Dri-Fit Golf Apparel, we have it all. If you have requirements for Made in USA apparel, no problem. Need heavy-duty work apparel or ANSI 3 safety gear – no problem. Our manufacturer and supplier base offers tens of thousands of products in all price ranges and at all quality levels.
- Delivery. Most orders are delivered within two weeks of art/proof acceptance. When delivery times are longer, usually subject to product availability from manufacturers, we offer alternatives or work with you to ensure all delivery requirements can be met.
- Minimum Quantities. Depending on the project, we offer the smallest minimums in the industry. Embroidery minimums can be as low as individual pieces. Screen printing is one dozen. Promotional products vary depending on product line however you can typically expect a 50 to 100 piece minimum.
